The SMS code is what proves the number is yours. When it doesn’t show up, the cause is almost always on the phone’s side — and fixable in a minute.
Why the code doesn’t arrive

Transactional SMS should still arrive, but some settings block them. Pause DND briefly.
SMS inbox is full
Delete old messages.
Weak signal
Toggle airplane mode on and off, or move somewhere with better coverage.
You tapped Resend several times
Wait five minutes; repeated requests get throttled.
Wrong number
Check the digits shown on screen.
Dual-SIM phone
Make sure the registered SIM is active for SMS.
Do it in this order
- Wait a full minute.
- Check the number on screen.
- Toggle airplane mode.
- Clear inbox space.
- Request one new code.
Your OTP is a key to your account. No one at Sagar Club will ever ask for it.
Dual-SIM phones
On phones with two SIMs, SMS sometimes lands on the SIM that isn’t your registered one, or the registered SIM is switched off for data and messages. Open your phone’s SIM settings, make sure the registered SIM is enabled, then request a new code.
